• All content provided on the website is subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
• We may add a new feature or remove a feature at any time.
• Reactflow does not track and record all of your visitors. Tracking of visitors is subject to the following limitations:
  
  
  • Visitors can opt out of Reactflow tracking globally (Disable Reactflow on all of our customers' websites) by pressing the opt-out button on our privacy policy page.
  • If you choose to respect DNT, we do not track browsers that send 'Do Not Track' headers.
  • If a visitor changes pages quickly where our script does not have enough time to load, we would not track that page load. Our script will only load after your website is fully loaded. This is to avoid our script slowing down your website.
  • If you do not put our code on all of your website pages, we would not be able to track those pages.
  • If a visitor uses an unsupported browser (Internet Explorer, for example) where required technology is not present to track visitors, we would not track those visitors.
  • If a visitor is suspected to be a bot, we would not track that visitor.
  • If the browser a visitor is running is blocking Reactflow natively or via a blocking extension, our script would not be able to load and track that visitor.
  • If you or another organization member block an IP address or an IP address pattern, visitors matching that criteria would not be tracked.
    
    
• You may not use this service to collect sensitive information from your users. Your account will be terminated without refund if you violate any of our terms and conditions.
• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. You are responsible for ensuring that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. We collect information for your use only, and we collect them using client-side scripts, which can possibly be manipulated by advanced end-users.
• If you choose to delete a certain heatmap, recording, website, organization, member, widget, or any other items that our service provides, deletion is permanent, and we cannot recover that for you.
• We hold analytics data up to a certain point, with a maximum of 360 days. We have the right to delete this data to protect users' privacy, and this data is unrecoverable once deleted.
• We back up data internally mirrored into multiple servers and hold it encrypted to avoid data loss and ensure security. However, in the event of data loss, we shall not be liable for the loss of your data. You are responsible for saving reports and taking backups from time to time.
• Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
• When you enter an email address in our service to receive notifications, registration, or daily report emails, you accept that you are the owner of that email address and consent to receive emails you requested on that address. If you enter other people's email addresses, you accept responsibility for it and you must receive consent from them before doing so.
• Should the Reactflow service fail for any reason, we will endeavor to restore service as soon as is practically possible, resolve the issue for our clients, engage with our clients to find a resolution to any concerns, and offer gratis license as compensation. We do not offer refunds of license fees should the server fail temporarily. We will, at all times, act in good faith towards our clients. Clients are required to contact us before any dispute is raised with our payment providers.
• We shall not be liable and we don't provide any guarantee or warranty if service fails for any reason. If service fails to continue, and we are not able to continue our services to you, we shall provide a refund once you contact us. You are required to contact us before any dispute is raised with payment providers.
• We don't provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not offer any refunds once the license is paid and your service is running correctly unless it is your first purchase and within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, we refund if you make a duplicate payment or want to upgrade to another plan or you make a request to cancel auto payment but you still get charged. If you cancel your service, your current active plan remains active until the end of its billing cycle. If you upgrade to a higher level service, you will receive a refund of your current plan's unused service as a discount toward the new plan upgrade.
• Free plans are automatically provided to all websites within an organization that has at least one active paid plan (Pro or Business). Free plans are not available as standalone subscriptions and include basic features with limited functionality. If all paid plans in an organization are cancelled or expire, websites will lose free plan access and service will be suspended unless a new paid plan is purchased.
• Before any dispute is raised with any financial payment body, you must raise the dispute with ourselves and wait at least 48 hours for a reply.
• We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, any account on Reactflow whose owner misuses our website, ignores our warning notices, or users who send insulting, threatening, racist, homophobic, sexist or abusive emails and/or support tickets. We operate a semi zero-tolerance policy and we will protect our staff at all times. If an account is terminated for any of the above reasons then no refund of any license fees paid will be issued to the account holder. We will, however, issue a refund if we mutually agree during notice and warning emails.
• Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the Federal laws of Malaysia.
